Welcome home to Forest City Residential Management where Exceptional Service is Our Standard. We are proud to be of service to you and have you as neighbors in our communities! It is our goal to ensure a smooth transition into your FCRM home and we look forward to assisting you in your relocation. 

Your first point of contact for housing will be with our Housing Partners at MCBH Family Housing Office.  They are located in the Family Housing building at 1571 Lawrence Road. Hours of operation for Family Housing are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 0730-1530 and Wednesday from 0730-1400. Please call DSN 457-1257 or COMM (808) 257-1257.  Please visit our Apply Now page for more information on the process and a link to the Family Housing office.  There you will find the necessary forms to begin your application process.

Once you arrive in Hawaii, your Counselor at Family Housing will review your application with respect to your pay grade, family size, and control date to determine your eligibility and priority ranking. You will then be referred to our Residential Management Relocation Office, however, it usually takes a day or two for your information to be transfered to Forest City.  After we receive your information, you can meet with one of our Relocation Specialists in our offices conveniently located upstairs in the Family Housing building at 1571 Lawrence Road. It is our privilege to ensure that you and your family receive the personal attention, kindness and caring we would extend to our own Ohana (family). 

At Forest City Residential Management, our Relocation team is here to provide exceptional service. Once you are registered with Family Housing, one of our friendly Relocation Specialists can provide you with information on the various neighborhood and housing options available for your pay grade.  If you are receiving a Temporary Lodging Allowance, you will receive the next available home.  If you aren't on TLA, you will have the opton to select your neighborhood. 

Once a home is available for you, we will provide you with floor plans and detailed information about the residence. Upon acceptance of the home, you will complete forms for the resident file and then complete a 6-month rental agreement prior to move-in.  The rent for your home is equal to the BAH at the "with dependants" rate for your pay grade.  

During your lease signing, we will provide you with a relocation packet which includes a convenient listing of contact numbers and other useful information about your new neighborhood.  For us, it's not just about renting you a house, it's making you feel at home in your new community.
